At Pacific Outdoor Supply, we want our customers to shop with confidence. Most eligible merchandise may be returned within 10 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions below. Because some products are shipped directly from manufacturers, distributors, and fulfillment partners, all returns require prior authorization from Pacific Outdoor Supply.
1. 10-DAY RETURN POLICY
Most eligible merchandise may be returned within 10 calendar days of confirmed delivery. See exceptions in Section 3 below.
To qualify, merchandise must be in new or as-new, fully resalable condition; free from damage, excessive wear, modification, or misuse; in the original manufacturer's packaging; and complete with all manuals, tags, accessories, hardware, components, promotional items, and other materials originally included.
Pacific Outdoor Supply reserves the right to inspect returned merchandise and determine whether it meets these requirements.
2. RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED
Do not ship merchandise back without first obtaining return authorization from Pacific Outdoor Supply.
Because we use multiple manufacturers, distributors, and fulfillment partners, the correct return address may differ from the address shown on the original package or packing slip.
To initiate a return, contact Pacific Outdoor Supply Customer Service and provide your order number, product being returned, reason for return, and photographs when requested. We will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Do not return merchandise to the address printed on the original shipping label or packing slip unless Pacific Outdoor Supply specifically instructs you to do so. Unauthorized returns may be refused or experience substantial processing delays.
3. SIGHTS, SCOPES, ELECTRONICS & OPTICS — 5-DAY RETURN POLICY
Sights, scopes, red-dot sights, binoculars, spotting scopes, rangefinders, electronics, and similar optical products may be returned within 5 calendar days of confirmed delivery when returned in as-new, fully resalable condition.
Return authorization must be requested within the 5-day period.
Customers may carefully inspect and test-fit the product. Returned optics must include all original packaging, manuals, documentation, lens covers, mounts and mounting hardware supplied with the product, batteries, cases, tools, electronic accessories, and other included components.
Products showing scratches, mounting marks, tool marks, field use, modification, damage, excessive wear, or other evidence that materially affects the product's condition or resale value may be refused or may receive a reduced refund where permitted by law.
Defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped optics are handled under the Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items section rather than as customer-preference returns.
4. CUSTOMER-PREFERENCE RETURNS
For eligible returns resulting from a change of mind, wrong product/size/model/configuration, compatibility, or no longer wanting the product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. If Pacific Outdoor Supply provides a prepaid return label for a customer-preference return, the cost of the label may be deducted from the refund.
5. RETURN SHIPPING, TRACKING & INSURANCE
Customers should use a trackable shipping service when responsible for arranging return transportation.
For higher-value merchandise, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance sufficient to cover the full value of the returned merchandise.
The customer is responsible for a customer-arranged return shipment until it is delivered to the return destination authorized by Pacific Outdoor Supply. Pacific Outdoor Supply is not responsible for customer-arranged return shipments lost, stolen, or damaged in transit before delivery to the authorized return location.
When Pacific Outdoor Supply provides the return label, responsibility for loss or damage will be determined by the applicable carrier, fulfillment-partner and return-label terms and applicable law.
6. RESTOCKING FEES
Pacific Outdoor Supply generally does not charge its own restocking fee on eligible merchandise returned complete and in new or as-new, fully resalable condition.
Certain products shipped directly by manufacturers, distributors, or other fulfillment partners may be subject to a supplier-imposed restocking fee of up to 20%. When applicable, the fee may be deducted from the refund and will be disclosed during return authorization whenever reasonably practicable.
7. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If merchandise arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what was ordered, contact Pacific Outdoor Supply promptly. Retain the product and all original packaging and shipping materials.
We may request the order number, description of the problem, photographs of the merchandise, manufacturer's packaging, shipping carton, and shipping label.
Do not discard damaged merchandise, cartons, or packaging until instructed to do so.
When Pacific Outdoor Supply or its fulfillment partner is responsible for an incorrect shipment or qualifying damaged or defective product, we will provide appropriate return, replacement, or refund instructions and will not charge the customer for authorized return shipping. Certain defective products may be handled under the manufacturer's warranty when appropriate.
8. NON-RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE
Unless defective, damaged upon arrival, incorrectly shipped, or otherwise required by applicable law, the following may not qualify for return: products materially used, damaged, altered, or modified after delivery; products showing excessive wear or abuse; products missing significant original packaging, components, accessories, manuals, or identifying labels; personalized/customized products; special-order merchandise identified as such before purchase; products specifically identified as Final Sale; opened food, consumables, supplements, or similar consumable merchandise; certain hygiene-related products after opening; hazardous materials or products subject to return-shipping restrictions; safety equipment where accepting a used return would create a safety concern; and gift cards.
Pacific Outdoor Supply does not sell firearms or ammunition.
9. DROP-SHIPPED MERCHANDISE
Some merchandise is shipped directly from manufacturers, distributors, or authorized fulfillment partners. Products in the same order may arrive separately and returns may require different return destinations. Supplier-specific conditions or restocking fees may apply.
Never send merchandise directly to a manufacturer, distributor, warehouse, or the address appearing on the package without first obtaining return instructions from Pacific Outdoor Supply. Sending merchandise to an unauthorized location may delay processing and could prevent confirmation of receipt.
10. REFUNDS
Authorized returns will be inspected after receipt. Once approved, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Where applicable and permitted by law, refunds may be reduced by customer-responsible return shipping, non-refundable original shipping charges, disclosed supplier restocking fees, and reductions associated with merchandise returned in a condition that does not comply with this policy.
After a refund is issued, allow approximately 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on the customer's bank, credit card company, or payment provider.
11. EXCHANGES
Customers may request an exchange during return authorization. Because some merchandise is fulfilled by third parties, direct exchanges may not always be available. When a direct exchange cannot be processed, the original merchandise may be processed as a return and the customer asked to place a new order.
12. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be transmitted to fulfillment partners shortly after placement. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests but cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered fulfillment. If an order has shipped, the applicable return procedure must be followed.
13. REFUSED & UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
Orders refused by the customer or returned as undeliverable may be treated as customer-preference returns. Where permitted by law, actual outbound shipping, return transportation, carrier charges, and applicable supplier restocking fees may be deducted from the refund. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate, deliverable shipping address.
14. LOST OR MISSING DELIVERIES
If tracking indicates a shipment is delayed, lost, or delivered but cannot be located, contact Pacific Outdoor Supply promptly. We may work with the carrier and fulfillment partner to investigate and may require additional information from the customer.
15. MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES
Some products include a manufacturer's warranty. Manufacturer warranties are separate from this Return & Refund Policy. After the applicable Pacific Outdoor Supply return period, warranty claims may need to be submitted directly to the manufacturer according to its warranty terms. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
16. HOW TO START A RETURN
Contact Pacific Outdoor Supply Customer Service within the applicable return period and provide your order number, product being returned, reason for return, and photographs if requested.
Wait for Pacific Outdoor Supply to provide return authorization and the correct return destination before shipping the product.
