Mount Whitney via the Mountaineer's Route

Short post today, but we did something pretty special last week.

A great group of guys decided a few months ago to take on a challenge together. We set our sights on the Mountaineer's Route on Mount Whitney, planning a three-day, two-night climb that began last Thursday and wrapped up this past Saturday.

It was awe-inspiring, humbling, disorienting at times, and an absolute test of both body and mind. We had clear skies, plenty of snow still on the mountain, and every one of us walked away having reached a personal milestone. More importantly, we all came home with a little more knowledge, a little more confidence, and a healthy respect for what the mountains can teach you.

We were fortunate to work with the incredible team at SWS Mountain Guides. Their experience, encouragement, and professionalism helped every one of us make the most of this adventure, and we're grateful for everything they did along the way.

This trip deserves more than a short update, and I'll be sharing more from the experience soon. There are plenty of stories to tell.
